Which sizes of stoma bag covers are available?
There are many sizes listed in the drop down menu on the products page. These include popular brands such as Dansac, Hollister and Coloplast. They are suitable for ileostomies, colostomies, and/or urostomies, depending on the design. All urostomy and ileostomy bags listed are drainable. All colostomy bags listed are non-drainable. The stoma bag product number is usually listed alongside.
What if I do NOT see my type of bag!
Usually, we can customize your cover to fit your particular bag at no additional cost. First, select "other" from the drop down menu and proceed with your order normally. Here's what to do next:
1. Take a photo of back side of your bag from directly on top (While the bag is closed)!
2. Measure the hole in the back (for two-piece systems). For one-piece systems, give us the measurments written on the back.
3. Measure the maximum height and maximum width of the bag.
4. Finally, give us the product number that is usually written on the front of the bag.
Once we have this information, we will confirm your order ASAP. In such cases, you bags may be delivered a wee bit later but at NO additional cost.
How much do you charge for shipping and where to?
We charge a flat rate of 5.00 British Pounds for all international shipping. The time it takes from confirmation to arriving at your doorstep is typically 10 working days only. We deliver to most international countries including United Kingdom, the States, Canada, Middle East, India, Pakistan, and many, many more. We will notify you only if we absolutely cannot ship to your country. You would probably have to lack an airport.
Must I remove my bag cover before emptying my bag!?
NO. We believe in efficiency!
What is unique about your bag covers?
Besides incredible graphics and imported materials, every OH! POO bag is made with a unique, patent-pending design that we call the Keyhole©. This simple and smart design allows our bag covers to fit snugly on your stoma bag for the ultimate style and comfort. All graphic designs also include a subtle yet strong adjustable strap to secure the bag cover. The Keyhole© design is so efficient that you can apply and remove your bag cover in just seconds. I am an ostomate myself and trust me, a lot of thought was put in!
What should I expect from the OH! POO service?
Every order will be treated with the highest standards or service and respect. This means that we will typically confirm your order within 24 hours. We will then get to work putting together the different parts of your unique bag cover, from solid stitching to perfecting the paint job, to produce not just a bag cover, but a piece of art. We will typically meet our deadlines and in most cases beat it. Our product will make you smile and allow others the chance to smile, laugh or cry with you as well.
